Instructions:
​Part 1 (Comment on posts)
Here you will comment on the work of others and receive comments about your work. Check the UNIT 2 Rubric for guidelines on how to comment.
  • Head back over to the class Padlet wall and comment on at least two of your classmates mind maps.
  • In your comment answer the questions "what I liked?" and "what I would like to know?" Ensure you have completed these by (Insert Date).

​Part 2 (Send an Email) 
Who do you think you could ask for more information from into ways we could help the endangered animal you have chosen? Perhaps a local politician, or a member of a society that protects these animals or even the WWF.
  • Research and identify a person or organization of responsibility in this field. Find their email address! Confirm your choice with the teacher before proceeding.
  • Write an email to ask what can be done to protect the animal of your choice. Download the 'Email Template' as a word doc and follow the instructions. (Go to File, Download as.)
  • Submit your email to the google classroom as word doc.​

  • Once your teacher returns your email content. Send the email to the chosen professional using your student email account.
  • Share any responses with your teacher.

​Part 3 (Add to You Mind Map) 
  • Look at the comments on your Padlet post and add the information (what people want to know) to your mind map.
  • ​Use any replies from your email as part of the information you will add to you mind map ready for narration.
