Re write your information as a short non chronological report

Lesson Objectives
  1. To be able to write to the conventions of non chronological reports
  2. To be able to use iMovie to make a short video presentation.

Instructions:
​Part 1 (Write Your Report)
You will now write the information you have collected into a report that you will read out as the narration to your video presentation. View the link below for information about report writing.
Report Template
  • In a word doc. write your report using only two or three sentences per paragraph. You will have an introduction, then each branch of your map will be a paragraph, then add a conclusion. Submit your reports to the Google classroom.

YOU MUST HAVE COMPLETED YOUR WRITTEN REPORT AND HAD IT RETURNED BEFORE CONTINUING TO PART TWO

​Part 2 (Download Photos For Your TimeLine) 
​
This process will take place in the classroom. However if you want to work at your own pace you can follow the instructions here.

  • ​Use the link below called 'Photos' for class to download photos for your presentation/video. Choose photos that show your animal, what they eat, where they live etc. Find at least two different photos for each subject.
  • Click download on the selected photo and will appear in your download folder.

This process will take place in the classroom. However if you want to work at your own pace you can follow the instructions here.
  • Watch the video basics your tube video below to begin your iMovie video presentation by adding photos, titles and transitions.
VIDEO BASICS
  • Begin making your own movie.

​Part 4 (Add Your Narration) 
This process will take place in the classroom. However if you want to work at your own pace you can follow the instructions on the RECORD NARRATION link below to continue your video edit.
  • Then begin recording your narration
